By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.My art is not permitted to be used for NFT or AI purposesTermsPlease send a reference of what you wish to commission me for (photograph preferred) Please be clear especially, about small details I may miss/you in particular, want to be included in the commissionPlease do not send me another artist's original character's design without their express permission for its use. I will not draw theft of another person's original character and you will be put on a blacklist should you attempt this.Rude behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occursYou must agree to my terms of service for me to work on your commission.If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commissionPaymentCommissions will only begin once I have been given a deposit of 50% of the payment and the final product will only be delivered, via email, after full paymentDuring the ProcessAn initial sketch work in progress to update the client will be sent to check-in and the chance to make alterations.
However, the client is allowed to ask for updates within reason (once every two days) once their commission has started**All illustrations have a max of three alterations should the client wish to change something. **Copyright / Usage PolicyI, the artist, maintain all and absolute rights to my work.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself in any place or site
To display it anywhere to my liking
To post the artworksHowever, the client may personally request me to refrain from posting the finished product on my social media until given express permission otherwiseThe commissioner is allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way) Unless discussed during the commission.Taking credit for the creation of the artworkRemoving any watermarks/signaturesAltering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will be 100% of original price
With commercial rights, you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork
This includes;
Use in books, covers or apparel,
Use as Props,
Change of the artwork to your liking and promotion of your own brandCredit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or editedCanceling/Refund PolicyI have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any timeThe client is allowed to request a refund if their commission has not yet been started. If the commission is in the initial sketch stage the client will only receive a partial refund. Aside from this, the client may not request to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received and the commission is approved to continue for completionIf the deposit or full amount of the commission payment has not been sent within three days after the artist has accepted the commission, I have the right to cancel the commissionIf you file a chargeback against me despite these rules, your right to the work I have done for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyersYou will no longer be able to commission me, Tane Aspen, againAny statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission

Steal my art, this includes;
Reposting my art from my social media
Tracing my art
Using my art that you have not commissioned for emotes/overlays/profile pictures etc
Editing my art in a way that changes its appearance for your own use
(video edits of my art is generally okay as long as it is credited that the art and sometimes characters belong to me, that I am the artist and as long as they have not been altered to appear to be a different character)Will Not Draw

Anything nonconsensual
Artworks in another person's style
Works that discriminate against others based on their religion, race, gender, etcSpecial Case
I will not draw fanart when;
The owner of a character has stated they do not wish for art to be done of their character.
I will always require written consent that a person is okay with their character being used in the commissionInquiring Further
Anything not mentioned is most likely something I will draw but please be aware that this is subject to change in which case you will be informed when you reach out to me with a concept.
